Before you fly, on Wi-Fi at home. It takes about 2 minutes. On most plans, the days start when it first connects in Madagascar.
Your QR code and a one-tap iPhone install link arrive by email within 60 seconds of paying.
No. It’s data only. Keep your normal SIM on for calls and texts, and use WhatsApp, iMessage or FaceTime over data.
Your phone must support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked. Dial *#06#: if you see an EID number, it supports eSIM. You can also check your model on our compatible phones page.
Message us on chat and a person will help you fix it. If we can’t get you online, you get 100% back to your card.
You stay on Wi-Fi as usual. Buy another Madagascar plan and install it the same way.
