When should I install my Global eSIM?

Before you fly, on Wi-Fi at home. It takes about 2 minutes. On most plans, the days start when it first connects in a covered country.

How fast do I get it?

Your QR code and a one-tap iPhone install link arrive by email within 60 seconds of paying.

Does it come with a phone number?

No. It’s data only. Keep your normal SIM on for calls and texts, and use WhatsApp, iMessage or FaceTime over data.

Will my phone work?

Your phone must support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked. Dial *#06#: if you see an EID number, it supports eSIM. You can also check your model on our compatible phones page.

What if it doesn’t work in a covered country?

Message us on chat and a person will help you fix it. If we can’t get you online, you get 100% back to your card.

What happens when my data runs out?

You stay on Wi-Fi as usual. Buy another Global plan and install it the same way.
